PUSPAKOM vehicle inspection procedures are recognised and certified through Malaysian Standards, MS ISO and in accordance with international standards. In addition, vehicle inspection’s equipment and technologies used by PUSPAKOM is also based on international standards and practices.

The type of equipment used at PUSPAKOM is accredited by a certified international laboratory and also regularly verified and calibrated by a competent body.

Vehicle Examiners at PUSPAKOM are qualified and trained in the relevant automotive field and Appointment of Vehicle Examiners to meet the requirements of the Road Transport Act 1987. Furthermore, PUSPAKOM vehicle inspection activities are monitored by the Road Transport Department (RTD) through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other relevant agencies.

PUSPAKOM has received various certifications and recognition. Through its compliances with international standards and practices, PUSPAKOM has achieved the highest quality assurance and has received industry-based certifications and accreditation. These certifications and accreditation include: -
